Working Principle
Under certain temperature, the residual oxygen in nitrogen will oxidize with carbon catalyst for carbon dioxide which can be removed by pressure swing adsorption process, and then after purify process to obtain high-purity nitrogen.

Molecular sieve and our system is regenerative. If the generator is maintained and operated properly, the sieve will last for 8~10 years.
To maintain peak performance and protect your investment, it is important to replace the air filter element every six months. The valves should be replaced every five years.
